Finley has come down on the price of all items on this list (except 2237) including the 3rd ramp – $25,350 (maybe looking at and extra $1300 for 2237)

Furthermore, gave us a quote on resealing and restriping parking lot – $12,335

Finley: 25,350 + ~$1300 (for 2237) + 12,335 = $38,985
