Upcoming Tree Work – May 17, 2018

Based on resident concerns and a professional evaluation, the oak tree in front of 2216 is scheduled to be medicated and trimmed. The work will be performed on Thursday, May 17th from 8 am to 12 pm. To effectively perform this work, we need all residents and guests to move their cars from the spaces in front of 2214 through 2224 to accommodate the tree maintenance team. If a car is still parked during this time and the tree service cannot perform their maintenance, the vehicle will be towed at the expense of the car owner. This tree maintenance will address:

  • Dead wood that is at risk of falling on cars, houses, and loved ones; and
  • Sap falling on cars due to pests in the tree.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to make the community safe and beautiful for all residents and guest!

Help keep our HOA dues low by pitching in!

Coffee will be served to jump-start the activities and the cleanup will be followed by a cookout at 12 pm, open to all Wheelwright Cluster residents. Come join your neighbors for some food and fun!

A dumpster will be available in the lower cluster from Friday 4/27

large household items. If the dumpster gets full, please do not pile
items above the sides or place them at the back of the dumpster. The dumpster will be removed Monday morning.

Hope to see you all there!
