Rescheduled Erosion Work: Tuesday, June 26, 2018 or Wednesday, June 27, 2018

Due to illness on Sunrise Landscaping’s crew, they are unable to start work today as planned. They anticipate starting work either Tuesday or Wednesday instead.

The work will still take a week to complete and will likely result in some noise during daytime hours. It will most affect the areas between units 2215 and 2217, 2231 and 2233, and 2249 and 2251, as well as the areas around the tot lot. We ask that you try to keep the parking spaces around these areas clear to allow the workmen access to those areas.

If you have any question, please contact Kristina Myers (Board of Directors Contact Information).

Thank you for your understanding of the scheduling changes!

Rescheduled Tree Work: Monday, May 21, 2018

The maintenance work for the oak tree in front of 2216 has been rescheduled for Monday, May 21st  from 8 am to 12 pm. As already noted, to effectively perform this work, we need all residents and guests to move their cars from the spaces in front of 2214 through 2224 to accommodate the tree maintenance team. If a car is still parked during this time and the tree service cannot perform their maintenance, the vehicle will be towed at the expense of the car owner. Individual notices will be delivered to the affected residents as well.

Thanks for your understanding!

Upcoming Tree Work – May 17, 2018

Based on resident concerns and a professional evaluation, the oak tree in front of 2216 is scheduled to be medicated and trimmed. The work will be performed on Thursday, May 17th from 8 am to 12 pm. To effectively perform this work, we need all residents and guests to move their cars from the spaces in front of 2214 through 2224 to accommodate the tree maintenance team. If a car is still parked during this time and the tree service cannot perform their maintenance, the vehicle will be towed at the expense of the car owner. This tree maintenance will address:

  • Dead wood that is at risk of falling on cars, houses, and loved ones; and
  • Sap falling on cars due to pests in the tree.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to make the community safe and beautiful for all residents and guest!
