Cluster Cleanup: October 20, 2018

The fall cluster cleanup is scheduled for this coming Saturday,
10/20 starting at 9 am. There will be activities for all ages and skill levels, including:

  • Posting signage to keep our neighborhood safe
  • Digging a small trench to help with drainage
  • Cleaning parking spots (please bring outside brooms)
  • Laying down new mulch in the tot lot, center upper island, lower cluster areas and the bus path (please bring rakes and shovels)
Help keep our HOA dues low by pitching in!

Coffee and hot cider will be served to jump-start the activities and the cleanup will be followed by a cookout at 12 pm in the lower cluster, open to all Wheelwright Cluster residents. Come join your neighbors for some food and fun!

A dumpster will be available in the lower cluster from Friday 10/19 through Sunday 10/21 for disposal of large household items. If the dumpster gets full, please do not pile items above the sides or place them at the back of the dumpster. The dumpster will be removed Monday morning.

Hope to see you all there!

The spaces in front of, and adjacent to, 2246 need to be cleared for the crane and debris removal. All spaces need to be cleared by morning. To assure that the work can begin promptly, we would ask that the spaces be cleared this evening. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Concrete Work: Summer 2018

The Wheelwright Cluster has hired a concrete contractor to do some repair work throughout the community. At the same time, the contractor is willing to perform concrete work on private residences at a reduced rate, provided that the work is performed concurrently with the cluster work and/or with other homeowners’ work. The prices are as follows:

  • Walkways (up to 20’ x 3’) = $1,000.00.
  • A/C (Trash) Pads (8’ x 3’) = $650.00.
  • Front Stoops (up to 6’ x 6’) = $750.00.

Interested homeowners should contact the Board President (Jessica Joyner) about the work they would like to have done.

Full payment is required on the day they start.  If you have any concerns about the work once completed, you should contact Jessica.

Once we get a complete list of homeowners, the contractor will return to verify and confirm pricing.
